"I was looking for a house but reside out of state. I actually contacted three other relators who advertised in the area I was looking at. Two never got back to me and one knew very little. John King Jr. was very responsive, sent me ads for houses to look at, and got to know me before I came down to FL. When I came down he had the time set aside and showed me 6 homes the first day - I put down an offer that night and it was countered the next AM but agreed upon that PM. We closed within a week! He also was very helpful in putting me in touch with various area workmen. In addition, his office staff was also very efficient and very pleasant to work with. He and his staff were quick to respond to our questions and questions from the lender. The day we moved in, the water pump quit working (a known issue). I called John, just to find out who worked on it before the inspection, and he instead of referring me to someone else, he jumped in his truck and showed me how to prime the pump. With over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, John E. King is a seasoned broker specializing in residential and commercial properties. His strategic market insights, expert negotiation skills and commitment to success, has helped John build a brokerage with a reputation for delivering exceptional results.
John always took interest in his father's work in the real estate industry and when he returned to Sebastian after a brief career in the corporate world, he quickly joined the long list of top producers at Realty King. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, John and his dad (John A. King) took the brokerage into the next realm by opening a RE/MAX franchise and embracing the global presence, leading brand awareness and unique business models of RE/MAX International.
When not working with customers or training agents, John enjoys offshore fishing, hunting, air boating, and other outdoor activities with family and friends. He and his wife, Aida, are very involved in their daughter and twin boys’ school activities and interests. John supports many local charities through fundraising and volunteering including St. Baldrick’s “Brave the Shave”, The Children’s Miracle Network, Ohana Stronger Together, Little Birthday Angels and many more.
